This large runestone was placed on a hill in Södermanland, Sweden, which was used as a “Ting” (session at court) in the 1000-century.
The stone was raised by two brothers, members of the familyhouse known as “Viking”, for their other three fallen brothers. The text says in swedish:
“Torsten och Östen och Nattfare reste stenen efter Finnvid och Olev, Torkel, sina bröder. Voro alla Vikings söner av länsadelsbörd läto resa stenen. Stenkil ristade runorna”
